Description

This is a community of practice (CoP) of professionals who work in early care and education environments serving children birth through 5 years in Rural Pima North areas.  This CoP focuses on increasing children’s social-emotional, brain, and physical development by expanding members’ knowledge and leadership through coaching and CoP meetings.

Goals 

Membership

This CoP welcomes early childhood educators working in family home care, child care centers, and private or public school districts, particularly those operating in the rural communities of northern Pima County including Marana, Picture Rocks, Rillito, Catalina, and Oro Valley.  Membership will include monthly CoP meetings (held on the 3rd Saturday of each month in Marana) and coaching interactions that will be scheduled individually.
